Golden color. Thin white head. Very nice slightly oak barrel nose with apricots and dried mangoes. Tart palate, very sour for the style, tight carbonation, medium bitterness. Dry. Not overly funky yeast character. Super well balanced. Very nice

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up via trade. Pours clear yellow-gold with a modest, foamy white head. Quite succinct, with clean tartness, dry pale wood, nips of white grape and lemon, relaxed acidity, drying pale wood. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean, tart and quenching on the finish, more lemony notes, mild woody dryness, refreshing acidity. Exceptional.
