Backlog b5. Unclear yellow with a faint white head. Bretty, tart and woody with some light banan, wheaty spice, green grapes and apple skin. Nice tartness. Light and tasty.

A lightly hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful fruity sour mix of tart cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, light banana esters, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with beautiful acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, lingering tart cherry, very nice and Gueuze like. On tap at brewery.

Fat på MBCC 2017. Smak och doft av citrus, gröna druvor, litchi med toner av äpple. Rena och klara smaker, fin syrlighet och sötma, god balans och beska. Gott!

Sample from Batch 3 at Kurtkeller 027: Sante Adairius-tastic 01 on 07/30/2017. Cloudy pale yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast, hay and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, floral yeast, spice and oak. The finish is floral and oaky with a white grape and citrus aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, little malt, yeast, tart fruit, wood, hay, tart fruit. Flavor is light sour, malt, yeasty, wood, hay, tart fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. 130517

MBCC. Light hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus and light tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 130517

(On tap @ BRUS, Copenhagen, May 10/17) Pours a hazy medium gold with an average white head and spotty lace. Aroma of nectarine, white grape, white wine, oak, bit yeasty and funky, lemony tartness. Flavour is dry and really lightly tart with some lemon flesh, pale malt, a bit oaky, dusty, mineral, very lightly funky, with some wood in the aftertaste. Bone dry finish. Fairly light bodies, softer carb. Light and refreshing, yes, but definitely not without complexity either. This is what a grisette should be, in my opinion.

Provad på MBCC-17. Blek, ljus gulvit i färgen. Ren och klar i smak och doft av grön vindruva, lite litchi, äpple. Snäll syrlighet och törstsläckande. Snygg karaktärsfull lätt saison. Mycket gott.

Sampled at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Hazy golden pour with a white head. otes of citrus, wheat, bread, light barrel, wood. Light and refreshing.
