On Tap at the brewery/taproom Very light pale golden with just a trace of white bubbles. Faint light farmhouse yeast character thoroughout. Light bodied and clean finish. Nice pleasant farmhouse flavors.

Can. Pours a hazy yellow color with a big foamy white head that lasts forever. Aroma is mild/soft with esters, tropical fruits and hay. Taste is cereal grains, bitter grapefruit, some lemon, and peppery straw. Palate is full bodied. Finished long and bitter. Overall: Decent take on the ol saison.

Hazy pale golden colour, fine white moussy head, half-way lasting. Aroma lemon, orange, grain, yeast, bit barnyard. Taste mild sour, sweet and bitter notes, lemon, chalky, mineral notes. Light-bodied, watery texture, dry mouthfeel, average carbonation, dry sour aftertaste, joined by a restrained bitterness, chalky notes, bit peppery on the tongue, quite nice new world saison.
