A hazed golden cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett, tropical fruit, ginger and hibiscus, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple jam with tart character, herbaceous character, light ginger, cinnamon, like a Mexican chocolate mole. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
