Pours with okay foam and medium semi-cloudy gold body, smells of strong citrus and vague beer, coming across rather muddy. Flavour is okay saison, peppery grain, a bit of weed, not really picking out any mimosa character. The aftertaste is pretty heavy, that saison grain and whatever they put in for the mimosa mix aren't interacting very well together. Original review text: The aroma is weak sweetness, maybe some grain. Has a foggy yellow body and very little foam. Flavour is weak fruitiness on a saison grain base, simple though a little unbalanced. Mouthfeel is crisp anyway. This is a little unexciting but okay to drink.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Citrus, lemon and Belgian yeasts. Light yeast and some sweetness with a touch of citrus.
