A traditional Marzen. Orange-amber in colour. Aroma of rich malt and a slight toastiness. Complex yet smooth malt in the mouth. Medium body. Finishes long, medium dry and balanced. Prost!!!

Draft at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is melon, mango, light toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, caramel malt, mineral, mango, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Ideal for a fest.

Clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of malt, grain, toffee and light fruits. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.
