Tê Tê's take on the Belgian-Trappist tripel with a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel, sweet and spicy notes from pepper and clove, and a fruity light hoppy finish to give a twist to the tradition.

Draft at the November ‘25 Te Te tap takeover at the Standing Bar, Hanoi. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, herbal, light toffee. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a dry, herbal, toffee, spicy, yeasty palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Really not great at all. The staff had a hard time pouring this which I’m sure didn’t help.
