Bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy amber colour with a huge light beige head. Aroma of pine, grass, herbs, cloves, bread and grapefruit. Flavour of pine, grass, apricots, orange peel, grapefruit and some caramel. Has a light mouth feel, light body and a soft to medium bitterness. Hoppy and decent.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear Deep amber, rich coarse head. Distinct funky brett aroma with some Earl Grey tea. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, oily mouthfeel. Funky barnyard and cobwebs, notes of tart red berries and honey. Low bitterness. Every time I try a gluten free beer I feel so lucky that I am not gluten intolerant.
