Black with huge beige head. Mild coconut and vanilla aroma, roast, chocolate and sugar. Flavour has malt, roasted malt, fruit. No coconut or vanilla. Caramely, dried fruit sweetness. Boozy.

GYG280718. Dark brown color with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, toffee, chocolate, yeast. Flavor is dry, roasted malt, coffee, toffee, chocolate, vanilla, dried fruits, cocos, yeast. Full body. Nice beer.

Bottle. A black one, topped by a big dark beige head leaving wonderful lacing. Roasted malts, chocolate, some coffee, toffee and a touch of vanilla and dried fruits in the aroma. Some alcohol. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and with a good carbonation. Roasted malts, chocolate, some coffee and vanilla, with notes of vanilla and coconut in the flavor. Don't think I'd recognize the vanilla and certainly not the coconut if I didn't see it in the commercial description. Long finish. A pleasant one indeed, perhaps a bit yeasty, even though I didn't mention it. Yeast-ish, more than yeasty. 180728

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good fully lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light sweat and moderate bitter flavor. Average finish. Creamy palate. A litlte messy.

Sampled at Zythos Beer Festival 2018. Dark brown color tan head. Cocoa aroma. Taste is earthy coffee and vanilla.

Sampled at zythod 2018. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours black, small tanned head. Smell is intense. Roasty. Too much dark malts. Taste is sharp. Roasty. Burnt. Out of balance. Original review text: Pours very dark brown. Médium big, rather off white head. Smell is bit roasty, rather weak. Traces of coconut. Taste is full, very roasty, intense burnt, ashy, very carbonated, making the beer feel very thin. Ashy finish. Coconut is lost and vanilla is nowhere to be found.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2018. A very dark brown beer with a small tan head. Aroma of dark red fruits, caramelish dark malt. Taste of Coffee, dark roasted malt, coffee, nice.
