Lemmenjoelle suuntasi etelästä toiveikkaita miehiä. "Kilokin kultaa riittää", lausui eräs, kokemusta keränneena pian poistui. Kone-Korhonen tuli tosissaan. Kerran tauolla hän osoittii saappaallaan montun pohjalle: "Kannattaisiko tuota kumartaa noukkimaan?" 160 gramman hippu jäi kirjoihin suurimpana niiltä main löydetyistä.

Bottle 0.33l from local market. Originally rated 2011. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Grain and malts.

About your average pale lager. Nose is grass, flowers and pine. Taste is a little sweet malt. Rated 6/6/04

(Bottle 33 cl) Fully golden with a small, white head. Soft, malty nose. Medium body with sweetish malt and only a short, light bitter finish. According to the label this should be a Dortmunder style, but it definitely lacks body to fulfill that claim. 281205

Bottled. Golden coloured, white bubbly head, which disappears quickly. Honeyish malty aroma with hints of licorace. Flavour of licorace and a bit of malt. Makes mouth a bit sticky. Very refreshing beer.

Light copper colour. Light malt flavours with a hint of apple juice. Sweetish . Very slight hint of caramel. Inoffensive.

Bottled (BB 08/2004)
Dark lager color, mostly vanishing white head. Malty, slightly sweet aroma. Light to medium bodied, watery, malty flavor. Not much aftertaste. Hartwall claims this one as Dortmunder.

Pale golden, no head. Full malty nose. Weak character, lightbodied. This beer was appareantly brewed in honor of the Cutty Sark tall ship race....I hope for the sailors sake that other brews were allowed on board :-)
