Very little foam, pours thick copper clear without visible carbonation. The aroma is huge floral candyish cherry, that's probably the bourbon mixing with the lager hops and not really doing a very good job of differentiating themselves. Flavour is a good balance of bourbon with very vague lager notes behind it. The bourbon works well on the tongue and there's a dry finish, but the aroma doesn't seem to jive to it. Otherwise still smooth and decently drinkable.

Draught at Twin Sails, Port Moody
Hazy amber colour. Strong character from biscuity and bready malts, it has the profile of a Vienna lager, with strong herbaceous bitterness. Soft note, possibly vanilla, hence possibly the barrel.
Ok beer.

Wood, caramel and green apple. Clear gold with a small white head. Touch of green apple and some woody notes.

473mL can, pours a hazy, murky amber copper with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly laid back, with a hint of bourbon and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with a hint of bourbon, bready malt, and some straw. A little boozy and jagged, but it's alright.
