De Bazuin is een tripel met een diep gouden kleur. Hij heeft een stevige body en een warme zoet-kruidige smaak en geur. De mouten en kruiden vormen een fraai samenspel met de mild bittere hoppen. Al bij al een ‘stevige jongen’.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra Tilburg. Hazy amber with a white head. Fruity yeasty aroma. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Maybe a bit too sweet but tasty enough.

Golden colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have some caramelised malts. Also a little orange zest. Full bodied. Not overly sweet.

Thanks to Maakun! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ ZZT 2017. Golden orange, little head. Nose is dull spoiled grain, sugar, vegetable. Taste is corn, fizzy, grainy, sugary, vegetable,… Poor fizzy vegetable grainy body. Subpar & not very pleasant.

Bottle shared at ZZT. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, light flowers, herbs, grapes, light yeast, apricot. Medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. Bit boozy but OK.

Bottle shared @ ZZT 2017. Clear orange golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, yeast, lightly herbal, sweetish. Decent body and carbonation. Meh.

Clear golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, yeast, warm apple. Sweet malty flavour, yeast, banana. Malty finish, yeast notes. Nice blonde/tripel, which happens to be not my favourite beer style, but decently executed and it makes me curious towards the future beers of this likeable brewery.
