Bière blanche de fermentation haute. La levure confère un joli bouquet, le corps est mince, agréablement aromatique. L’ajout d’agrumes lors du brassage (écorces d’orange amère et de citron) construit une jolie attaque acidulée, et relevée subtilement par la coriandre. Bière agréablement désaltérante, qui vous rafraîchira à tout moment de la journée!

Bottle shared at tasting. Hazy pinkish-orange color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, sweetish, artificial. Meh. Don't like it.

Flesje gedeeld met Tomhendriksen en Benzai. Goudgeel tot oranje-achtig bier met matig schuim. Aroma van banaan en framboos. Smaak is waterig en licht fruitig. Weinig nasmaak.

Fles gedeelt door Inoven, geprobeerd met Benzai. Het is een licht troebel oranje bruin bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een moutige wat gistachtige geur met hints van banaan. Het heeft een moutige wat zoete smaak.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy red with a small, off-white head. Vague cherry aroma. Light and super dry body with some cherry notes and a slightly yeasty and ashy feel underneath. No real hops to be detected. 220919
