0.5 l bottle from 'Biermarket.de', 5% abv, best before May 2022. Almost clear, golden amber with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of banana, vanilla, green apple and clove. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, vanilla, grains and some green apple, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Almost past its bb date but still a very Kristallweizen.

*Old rating, best before 08.03.09. Fruchtig-mildes Kristallweizen. Typische leichte Süße, weich, aber nicht zu tief.

Clear golden colour with small frothy white head. Wheat, clove and bubblegum in aroma. Flavour is a bit crispier.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden coloured, firm small white head with a shy lace, visible carbonation; distinctive fruity nose with the emphasis on bananas; creamy MF, mild sweetish-(fruity)-sourish flavour; wheat-maltiness in the fruity,wheaty finish. A good example of an odd style.......

(swing top bottle, bought at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy and quite persistent foamy white head. Shy and slightly sweet wheaty and restrained banana-fruity aroma with a touch of cloves. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied. Wheat-malty, slightly fruity taste, a bit fizzy on the palate; malty, slightly fruity finish with a light clovy note.
