375 mL bottle from Ridgeview Liquor, 12/18/24. Hazy dark orange, thin head. Aroma of tart funk, berry. Taste is funk, sweet berry. Well balanced.

Undated 375mL bottle drunk 11/27/24. Clear, pale brass with a honey-rose tint. Small white head quickly to spotty cover. Bit of acetic and fruit acid with good funk and moderate sulfur. Oaky with fruity Brett on the end. Not overly fruited which is a nice change of pace. Good sense of malt. Malty and very tart with some strong aceto-lactic character, though not too heavy on the acetic. The fruit is exceptional here, being soft, round and juicy with mild, pleasant sweetness. Fruity Brett and biscuity, honey-like malt lingering. The big burst of sourness up front really dies off quickly leaving Brett, malt and juicy fruitiness in its wake.

Bottle, shared by Ryan. Pours gold orange. Raspberry, funk, tart, intense tart, minerally, apricot. Spritz. Good.

Bottle. Pours a hazy peachy amber with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has rich tart raspberry with a bit of funk and a decent amount of oak backing. Flavor has tart raspberry with a touch of sweetness and a light oaky finish.

Bottle from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish pink with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Lovely mineral forward nose with some light floral aromas alongside raspberry skin and seed as it warms. More mineral on the palate with soft raspberry and light raspberry leaf. Mild underlying tartness with wild strawberry, complex yeast notes and a mild peppery, raspberry finish. Subtle yet complex.
