This is our golden American Pale Ale brewed with heritage Balder malt from Warbro Kvarn. We used three classic American hops (Cascade, Centennial & Chinook) which contribute the fruity, citrus and pine tones.

Pairs great with a wide range of foods including burgers, chicken, salads and cheddar cheese.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 27 Sep 2019) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with peaches, citrus and grass. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, pine needles, grapefruit, grass and a balanced citric, floral bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Where: SBWF 2019.
Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: CItrus, malt, some fruit, hops.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, citrus, some spices, grapefruit, hops, fruit.

Gulbrun klar med offwhite skum. Maltig lukt lett karamell, papir og tørket frukt. Lett. Middels - i bitterhet, mot barnål og blomster. Lite fruktighet. Noe karamell. Middels lang

At SBWF 2019. Golden with a small white head. Aroma of mild hops, citrus and some green notes. The same in the taste. The body was on the light side and the finish bitter.

Keg at SBWF 19. Clear golden, small head. Floral spicy nose with some citrus. Dry with light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Crisp bread, tangerine and spicy grapefruit. Really bitter finish.
