Braumanufaktur Maibock, 6 %, Flasche von Getränke Hoffmann, Berlin. - Kupfergold, schwach trüb. - In der Nase schweres, süßes Toastmalz, milde aber frische herbale Herbe mit leichten mediterranen Zügen, ein Hauch von Kräuterlikör. - Antrunk fett toastig-malzig mit breiter Kandissüße, Karamel- und Sahnebonbons und nur milder aber frischer herbaler Herbe mit feinen floralen Noten. Mild rezent, füllig malzschwer, weich. Im Abgang Kräuterbonbonherbe und ein Hauch von Menthol. - Schwerer und bonbonsüßer aber runder, weicher Bock mit der Braumanufaktur-typischen, arg milden Hopfung. Bio-Naturdoldenhopfen sind ja schön und gut, aber in homöopathischer Dosierung wirken sie nicht. Der Brandenburger will es so, würde der Braumeister mir darauf entgegnen. (17.6.2021.)

Decent maibock. Has a touch of tin, with some decent malt complex. A little butter but not too much. Finishes with some cloying aftertaste. Hazy golden with OK head. Bottle drank on the train back from Potsdam.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, würzig, grasig, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr malzig, würzig, leicht süß alkoholisch.

Bottled. A yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry toasted malty and cornish. Sweet, toasted malty and grassy to straw. Bitter and dry malty finish.

500ml bottle. Clear orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Caramel malty aroma with grainy overtones, somne bitter hop. Taste is minimally sweet malty, dry, minimally grassy hoppy overtones, fruity hints of red apple and pear; dry finish with hints of fruit parings. Harmonically balanced, integrated, precise.

Bottle DØE Randers. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy nice aroma. moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Fruity almost tripel like. Creamy palate.
