1st of our Homebrewers Project series, recipe made by Artur Romejko. Strongly hopped with Citra, Simcoes, Ahtanum with addition of juniper berries. Aroma is dominated by citrus, broken by piney notes, with a hint of roasted malts. The beer is pleasant with distinctive bitterness. Juniper berries made it more tarty, which makes is even more drinkable and full. Very hazy, with dark chocolate colours. Aroma transfers to taste with piney and citrus notes.
