4/IX/2012 75cl bottle from Het Koelschip (Oostende) @ Klaas' place - BB: X/14 (2012-1008)
Little cloudy pale yellow beer, small fizzy whtie head, unstable, dissipates immediately, non adhesive. Aroma: little fruity, sweet, candi sugar, some citrus. MF: a lot of carbon, light watery body. Taste: carbon sour, citrus, vinegar, nasty, some rotten fruits, bit sugary, sour, bit grassy. Aftertaste: vinegar, little bitter, really bad. Another infection. Surprise, surprise. Seriously, customers will not keep up with this kind of amateurism! Pull it together and start cleaning your toys before you play with 'em!
