1/I/14 - 33cl bottle from Limburgs Bierfestival @ home - BB: III/2015 (2014-5)
Clear orange beer, lots of small sediment floating around under a big irregular creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, pineapple, citrus, floral, bit piny, exotic fruits, very floral. Mf: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy, fruity, peaches, thyme, some citrus, bit piny. Aftertaste: citrus, spices, thyme, bitter hops, bit lemony. A heavier version of the Boelens J. Tijm?
