The other house beer of Rock Circus, the new beer pub in the Ghent Overpoortstraat. Thinnish, sticky, off-white, milky head, colour cloudy golden blonde. Aroma of green apple, peach, grass, raw cauliflower, some DMS, a bit grainy; sweetish onset, soft fruitiness, applish, grainy, soft and smooth mouthfeel, yeasty, a bit chalky in the finish with some mild herbal hop bitterishness. Very ordinary and, frankly, somewhat boring tripel. Is this somehow related to Keyte?

7/XII/13 - on tap @ Rock Circus (Gent) - BB: n/a (2013-1126)

Clear blond beer, creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. aroma: bit fruity, grassy, hay, some citrus, metallic. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, citrus, hay, grassy, little sweet, grains, little metallic. Aftertaste: sweet touch, pretty bitter, metallic, sugary, some banana. Not too bad.
