20/X/13 - 33cl bottle from Bles bierfestival (Zottegem) @ home - BB: IX/2015 (2013-988)

Little cloudy yellow to orange beer, big creamy irregular whtie head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: floral first impression, elder flowers, bit soapy, some sweet banana, grains, hay, coriander, citrus, ripe to overripe fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, grassy hops, bit soapy, very spicy, coriander, lots of coriander (may it surprise from De Graal?). Aftertaste: bitter and dry, bit of citrus, lots of coriander, little floral, sourish touch, very bitter and spicy ending.
