Bottle at ZBF’13, Leuven: Clear red/amber coloured brew with an great caramel taste trough the beer. The beer was to drink at the brewery Au Phare booth, but what I understand it is closed and brewed at brewery "Anders".

28/IV/13 - 33cl bottle @ Zythos Bierfestival (2013-429)

Clear red brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: caramel, very chemical, chloride, bit sugary. MF: lots of carbon, light to medium body. Taste: caramel and mocha notes first, bit sourish, chocolate, spicy. Aftertaste: quite some chocolate, spicy, little bit of chloride, bitter touch. This beer was surprisingly interesting because the color does not suggest such a nice roasted and chocolaty flavours in the beer, nor did the aroma. Thus this beer new to surprise me in a good way. Now some more body and less carbonation and we're on our way to a (very?) good beer!
