Clear blond beer, big creamy solig white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, quite some banana, spicy, sweet impressions, lots of banana! Funny anecdote: this was not created with a selected Hefeweizen yeast, but the "regular house yeast" has by default quite some banana characteristics it seems. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: malty start, lots of banana, yeasty, soft bitterness, little sourish. Aftertaste: citrus, some banana, yeast notes, herbal.
