Deutlich zu süßer Antrunk, der in seiner Malzigkeit ein wenig Richtung Malztrunk geht. Kaum Röstnoten, zum Ende metallern. Langweilig, könnte Kölsch sein. 8/7/6/6/7/6

22/VII/14 - 50cl bottle @ home - BB: 26/II/15 (2014-832) Thanks to ThirstyBird for the bottle!
Clear ruby red to purple beer, creamy thick beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: metallic, bit nutty, caramel, prunes, some dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, caramel, dried fruits, come banana, metallic. Aftertaste: little bitter, caramel, some dried fruits. Decent, but not good.

Malty in the beginning, fresh and easy to drink. Hints of bitterness and malt. Deeper than I thought. The aftertaste is smooth, not sweet, slightly bitter. Hints of water.
Much nicer than I thought!

(bottle) An Alt, formerly brewed in Münster. Clear, dark amber colour with a mid-sized, light-beige foamy head. Slightly sweet and a bit dusty toast-malty nose with traces of caramel and very faint fruity notes when it warms, accompanied by shy herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toast-malty, slightly caramelly taste with minimal fruity accents; moderately dry and light-bitter finish with unpleasant metallic hops. Mediocre at best (18.03.08).

Bottle: clear, chestnut-amber coloured, quickly vanishing off-white head; faint traces of caramelly dark malt in the toasted and slightly sourish nose; mild sweet-bitter flavour, very light bodied; short bitter-sweetish finish with a metallic touch. A cheap brew, but drinkable.......
