8/I/14 - 33cl bottle from Limburgs Bierfestival @ home - BB: 17/I/15 (2014-21)

Little hazy amber beer, lots of very small specks floating around in the beer, under a big beige irregular head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: very soapy, bit sourish, smells infected actually. MF: lots of carbon, way too much to properly taste the beer, medium to light body. Taste: sourish start, lemony notes, soapy bitterness, bit floral, little nasty as well, slightly sweet. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, grassy, some caramel, very soapy bitterness, unpleasant. Still not sure if this is infected or not. And I'm really trying to taste the hazelnuts, but only after drinking half of the glass I think I'm starting to taste something hazelnutty. Then again, could be my mind playing tricks on me, of course.
