Shared 22 oz. bottle. Pours almost black with a dark tan head. Aroma of bourbon, oak, and dark fruit. Taste is booze, oak, dark fruit, coffee notes. Boozy finish. Way too much barrel here.

15/II/16 - 1Pt. 6Fl. Oz. bottle shared by Nate @ Struise Schooltje - BB: n/a (2016-161) Thanks to Nate for sharing the bottle!
Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: banana, fruity, rather sweet, roasted, caramel, some coffee. MF: lively carbon, medium to full body. Taste: roasted start, bitter, banana, hoppy, some coffee. Aftertaste: caramel, very bitter, some vanilla, little sourish, boozy, hoppy, dry finish. There's absolute no reason to put so much alcohol into this beer... The taste doesn't justify it.
