It was not my favourite witbier, carbonated, really mineral, watery. The taste is not enough fruity, the hop is not really aromatic, so-so, 06.02.20

On tap @ Mille Lire, Civitanova Marche. Aroma is grainy, citrusy, yeasty and herbal. Pours hazy dark straw color with large creamy white head and good lacing. Tastes refreshing mild sweet grainy and yeasty, following is sour citrusy with crisp and mild spicy mouthfeel. Light to medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Ice cold thirst quencher...

33cl bottle at DaVinci, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy golden with a decent, with a white head. Mild wheaty and fruity aroma with ripe bananas, hits of citrus and spices. Rather thin and almost watery, fairly low flavour intensity, but drinkable enough. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ai Tadi on 13 Apr 2019 at 16:28 - Score: 6

Hazy pale golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly lasting, minimal lacing. Aroma wheat, lemon, yeast, light cloves and coriander. Taste light sweet and mild sour, wheat, citrusy. Mild sweet and sourish aftertaste, spicy notes. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, fresh and easy to drink, okay witbier.

Little hazy blond to amber beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of curacao, some coriander, fruity, dusty, spices. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, bit sugary, some banana, soft sour notes. Aftertaste: spicy, coriander, curacao, lots of orange peel, sweet and sugary, slightly bitter.

Draught at Horeca Expo 2015, thanks to mr. Van den Abeele, cheers! Antoniano’s interpretation of the witbier style, with snow white, dense, moussy head, misty yellow blonde colour with lightly greenish hue. Aroma of limoncello, coriander seed, cinnamon, soapy wheat and white bread, young cheese, raw white cabbage, honey, buttermilk. Very soft body and flavour, fluffy, gently sweet fruity onset, hints of orange, banana and apple, biscuity and wheaty middle phase, sweetish with a soft sourish edge, very refreshing, cinnamon and coriander retronasally, light lemony touch. Utterly gentle and ’friendly’ like any good witbier should be.
