29/XII/16 - 33cl bottle from Onder 't Shuim Bierfestival (Olen) @ Delft - BB: IX/2017 (2016-1510) Thanks to Marc Mertens for transporting the bottle!
Little hazy blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, bit sourish, not much else. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, bit malty, some citrus, almonds, soft bitterness, grapefruit. Aftertaste: bit grassy, grapefruit bitterness, peaches, fruity, some yeast, grains, wheat maybe?
