Slightly aged sample Shortlived off-white head over clear, big-bubbled copperish beer. Almondy nose, marzipan, candi, caramel, lightly coloured malts. Again almonds, marzipan, with a faint suggestion of acidity. Oxydation traceable here. Light body, but very slick to oily. Low carbonation, maybe also due to the age. Oh well, I suppose they tried their best. Thanks to Stef!

14/VIII/16 - 355ml bottle @ home - BB: 19/I/17 (2016-850) Thanks to Abeel for sharing the bottle!

Clear orange beer, creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, malty, ripe banana, grains, honey. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet malty start, some honey, sugary, banana, more malts. Aftertaste: yeasty, more honey and sugary, pretty sweet malts, some ripe banana, floral touch. Decent.

Thanks to Tognetta. Country #80. Coppery color with a quickly diminishing white head. Aroma has notes of caramel, some yeast and fruity notes. Flavor is sweet with a high presence of alcohol, caramelish and toasted notes, yeasty, spicy and bready notes. Sweet and alcoholic final.

Bottle from sevenlee, many thanks. Hazy amber color with small white head. Aroma of molasses, yeast, red fruits. Taste, sweet malty, syrup, almost no bitterness. Drinkable, but not very tasty..

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thick beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of fruit and alcohol, the latter making it dry, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Too simple - and not my style - more like a European Strong Lager, than a Belgian Strong ale as it is listed..
