Bottle at home, 08/05/16. Hazed yellow golden with a well appointed white head. Nose is lemon rind, straw, light herbal essence, trace of white pepper, damp hay, on the turn melon. Taste comprises lemon drizzle, citric tinged straw, tangerine, faint spice, light yeast tones, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid low ABV offering, tres refreshing on a hot summers day.

Nice refreshing and very session able ale.
Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Nice body for a 3,7% beer. Fine carbonation. Nice mild acidity. Citric, yeast, herbal and flowery flavor.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow with a fluffy, white head. The aroma has light doughy wheat, some yeast, lemon meringue, chamomile. Light sweet flavour with sugary pale wheat bread, light bitter hay, more meringue. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish, with more fluffy wheat bread, light tea notes, hints of bitter straw. Tasty and easygoing.

Keg at the brewery taproom. A bright translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white frothy head. Aroma is dried lemon rind with delicate floral notes, hints of soap, light grains, some straw. Flavour is composed of crisp pale grains, hint of straw, floral citrus lemon, some chalk in the finish. Very low saison yeast expression, a little spicy phenol maybe. Palate is light and crisp, slightly chalky, highish carbonation. Nice.
