Bottle at home. Aroma is wheat, mild yeast, lemon, hay, hint of Saison funk, some peppery spicy notes. Flavour is mildly tart, hint of sour and a slight bitterness in the finish. Body is light. Refreshing wheaty thirst quencher.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow and bity. Nice lace head. Nose - tangy yeasty lemon. Taste - lemon and sour wheat. Light spice and lemon pith on the finish. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - interesting. More tangy than a saison.

Light haze on this paleish gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light, dry and reasonable fine carbonation. Very light malts. Light floralness with a touch of tangy floral fruits. Light semi dry finish. Grisettes! Yawn!

9/VII/16 - 33cl bottle @ home, Katie & Kevin tasting - BB: 29/II/17, bottled: 29/II/16 (2016-740) Thanks to Katie & Kevin for sharing the bottle!
Little hazy yellow beer, small irregular off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit malty, herbal, yeasty, some citrus, grassy, grains, bit fruity, citrus and banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, malty, herbal, some citrus, fruity touch. Aftertaste: grassy, somewhat bitter, decent stuff.

Bottle. It’s a hazy yellow colored beer with a dense, white head of moderate size. Fruity yeastyness with a vague sulphur touch and some peppery notes in the aroma, with pine cones, grapefruit peel and some orange hints. It’s rather dry on the palate, medium bodied and a bit effervescent. Oranges, pepper and a little touch of bready pale malts in the back of the flavor, with grapefruit, pine cones and bitterness doing most of the work. Long bitter, citrusy finish with bitterness, carbonation and dryness to clean the palate. Not the most exciting beer on the planet, but it drinks easily and quenches the thirst. 160701
