Onze kriek kan niet beschouwd worden als de standaard kriek. Eerst wordt er een tarwebier gemaakt. Dit wordt gedurende 3 maanden gelagerd op verse krieken. Zo ontstaat een frisse niet aangezoete kriek met een alcoholpercentage van 6,8%.

Clear dark purple beer, small creamy irregular pink head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, lots of cherries, some tannins. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of cherries, quite some tannins, little bitter, soft acidity. Aftertaste: more cherries, fruity, slightly sourish with some tannins. Nice stuff!
