Draft. Blackish beer with a tan head. Tart and light sour aroma. Sour and cherry flavor with light dark fruits. Medium bodied. Cherry and sourness linger with light dark fruit.

Hazy brown colour, off-white head. Fruity aroma, red fruits, cacao, quite sour. Sour flavour, cookies, dark malts. Fruity finish.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy irregular beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of lactobacillus, vinegar, balsamic, caramel, dried fruits, forest fruits. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, lacto-acid, dried fruits, vinegar, some caramel, banana. Aftertaste: soft acidity, tannins, soft roast, bitter touch, banana peel, more tannins.
