We have taken our Black Pig Porter and infused it with some Port to give it an extra boost in flavour and intensity, very warming just the thing for those winter nights

Clear red brown beer, small creamy beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of chocolate, malty, grains, hint of vanilla. MF: no carbon, medium body, smooth silky texture. Taste: lots of chocolate, soft roast, little sweet, malty, gentle bitterness. Aftertaste: malty, some ripe banana, hint of liquorice, some cocoa powder.
