A “Wuidara” needs skill, local knowledge and courage. He looks for justice under the glasses of romantic romanticism and does not abide by conventions. It is exactly the same with this beer - it follows no rules and combines wild malt flavors with a natural hop fragrance. It has a dark color, behind which the poacher hides his face.

Bottle. Clear deep amber color with off-white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, a bit oxidized, peach, some fruity hops. Taste is the same. Quite sweet. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not great.

Bottle. Amber to brown, big foamy tan head. Lightly oxidized honeyish aroma, light cheesy grassy herbal hops. Medium full stuffy body. Somewhat boozy, berry, cheesecake, spongecake. ok wildflower and herbal hop exit if you ignore the oxidation

Schnapp-Flascherl (750ml, Great Garching Gift!!!): Hazy, copper coloured, medium sized and slowly collapsing off-wilhite head, distinctive aroma of hayish-herbal hops and bready-toasty malt; moderate to robust bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, both soft and fizzy; lingering bitter-sweet bready-malty and hayish-hoppy finish. Well balanced sip…
