Clear deep red to rusty brown beer, small to aery off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, smoky, lots of cherries, some tannins, earthy, funky, more smoke happening, soft roast, fruity, cherries. MF: ok carbon ,medium to light body. Taste: lots and lots of cherries, very acidic, sourish, more fruity, bit lemony, very sour. Aftertaste: lots of citric acidity, more fruits, cherries, bit of tannins, very dry, some tannins, lots of cherries, very nice!
