19/VII/19 - 33cl can from De Hopduvel (Gent), shared @ home, BB: 12/II/21 - (2019-1060)
Clear peach orange beer, big thick fizzy aery off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, apples and pears, peaches even, hint of banana, little malty, slightly oxidized, cookies and biscuits. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very watery, slightly sweet, hint of biscuit malts, some caramel. Aftertaste: bit metallic, slightly fruity, very gentle bitterness, spicy, some citrus, wort, grains, sweet touch, some orange peel, pretty watery, just a slight bitterness, soapy finish. Not bad, not great, pretty boring overall.
