We first brewed this monster with Brooklyn’s Other Half. This time around we added more brownies and to up the chocolate factor, we also tossed in some fresh cacao husks. It’s bigger, bolder, more brownie-ish than ever.

Red Hand. Stoke Newington. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, a little smooth dark chocolate. Modest pasty sweetness. Smooth. Drinkable but quite basic.

Can sourced from Kihoskh and drunk at home - dark brown verging black with a thin tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with notes of sweet cakey malts, cocoa, sweet caramel, touch of brown sugar, medium body, layers of nutty accents into the sweet malty finish.
