Grist caratterizzato da malto pils e 20% di grano monococco non maltato,un grano antico,coltivato nelle Langhe che fa da base a 330 litri di spremuta di mandarino siciliano.
Colore Giallo paglierino.
La schiuma si presenta compatta e persistente; la carbonazione leggermente sopra la media aiuta la bevuta camuffando la secchezza che caratterizza questa nostra creazione.
I sentori di mandarino si sposano perfettamente con gli esteri dei lieviti belga,Nasce così una birra inaspettatamente elegante e facile da bere,frutto di una collaborazione a 6 mani a cui teniamo molto con due tra i migliori birrifici del mondo:

Bottle. Hazy orange golden color with whit ehead. Aroma of tnagerines, oranges, wheat, spicy yeasty, malt, maybe som ehops. Taste is fruity with tangerines, oranges, light peppery, floral, light hops. Tasty.

330ml bottle. Hazy, deep yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Peppery, yeasty spicy, grassy and slightly fruity aroma, hints of tangerine, tangerine peel, some black pepper, minimally strawy, wheaty malty background. Taste is zesty, bitter, citrusy fruity and peppery, yeasty spicy, slightly strawy, wheaty malty basis, hints of tangerine, tangerine peel, quince, a touch of black pepper. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Not really harmonious, a tad too dirty - OK.

Bottle. Yellow with an orange haze. Floral aroma with anis and tangerine. Tart, citric flavor, slightly herbal, with tangerine. Not unpleasant.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Dorata limpida, brillante, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note agrumate e di lievito saison, buccia di limone. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con nor di mandarino, acidità lieve fruttata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona, ma mi aspettavo di più.
