Pours blonde, bit unclear. Smell is bit unfresh; mild isovaleric acid, perhaps ? Taste is unfresh maltyness, mildly isovaleric again. To warm fermentation, to my guess, as this feels a bit 'clinical' by what seems yeastress to me, that also shows in the slick body. Bit acidic back, which i suppose is by the usage of wheat ( also listed as an ingrediënt, so makes scence ) , rather than the more common cause of infection - which this does not taste like. Something definately went wrong here, and perhaps more than one thing. I guess beauty sometimes does fade ?

Żółta barwa, zmętnione, piana opada pozostawiając intensywny lacing. W aromacie połączeniu nut naftowych z cytrusowymi. W smaku owoce cytrusowe i zielona cebulka, goryczka na średnim poziomie minimalnie granulatowa, nasycenie również na średnim poziomie. Rzeczywiście ostatnie piwa z Bytowa poniżej poziomu oczekiwanego od chłopaków z Maltgardena.
