Inspired by New Belgium Brewing's Voodoo Ranger Hop Avenger, this boistrous IIPA is a real Firestarter. With an Out of Space concoction of Galaxy, Centennial and Nelson hops, this Baby's Got a Temper, with a unique Singapore twist, Cheng Pi.
A literal fruit salad of fresh mango, pineapple, and tropical fruit aromas, the caramel malt backbone helps to perfectly balance the high ABV against the firm bitterness, finished off with a a zesty citrus hit of local Cheng Pi sun-dried spiced tangerine peel.

Tap at Smith Street Taps, Singapore. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, Belgian style yeast, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, malty, big dry yeast, light citrus fruit, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Half pint in Singapore, pours a totally clear gold, frothy white head. Nose has orange, melon, apple. Flavor has more melon, orange and green, some orange. Citrus is muddled. Finishes nearly full bodied. 7 3 7 3 12
