The idea for this third bottle came from the playful world of sangria. We took a small amount (25%) of a heavily fruited barrel-aged local plum blended beer and married it to a prominent amount (75%) of a heavily fruited barrel-aged cherry blended beer, both from the 2018 fruit harvest. After the marriage of the two beers, as a fun fall twist, we aged this blend on a delicate amount of ceylon cinnamon sticks and whole vanilla beans.

Bottle shared at Blind stout share. Thanks for bringing this one out Jon! Pours a clearish pink orange color with a full finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely stone fruit, plum, and cherry stone notes on the nose. Some mineral and hay as it warms up. Musty fruit, mineral flavors with more plum and cherry. Dry finish with spritzy carbonation. Classic Fonta.
