Draft @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty spicy chocolate coconut ginger and coffee aroma. Roasted malty spicy chocolate ginger coffee flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate coconut ginger spicy finish.

Tap@Rbabarrab, Copenhagen - black pour with beige head. Roasted and sweet malty with notes of chocolate and caramel, lots of spices going on, some coffee roast, liquorice, spicy and dark dark malty into the close.

Vom Fass Stone Brewing Berlin 2017-09 getrunken. Das normale Speedway Stout ist so dicht an der Perfektion das es fast langweilig wird. Daher war ich gespannt wie sich Kokusnuss, Ingwer, Zitronengras, Basilikum & Kaffee hier auswirkt. Leider mußte ich feststellen kaum. In diesen Spitzenbier kommt nur etwas das Zitronengras durch der Rest der Zutaten leider nicht. Schade eigentlich.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino molto persistente. Al naso sentori di cocco, menta piperita, citronella, caffè. In bocca è molto caotica e poco lineare, dolciastra all'attacco con finale speziato, leggermente pepato, caffè e anche cioccolato, alcol sorprendentemente nascosto. Corpo pieno, carbonazione leggera. Sgraziatissima. Not my cup of tea.

Dark brown, not black. The aroma is very perfumy, some lemongrass, chilies. Strong body, not too heavy, good balance of sugar and alcohol, intriguing spices and herbs, blending quite well with the chocolate; mild roastiness.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours black with a small creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, little dark chocolate, herbs, spice, lemongrass, ginger. Flavor is sweet, little roasty, malt, caramel, coffee, little chocolate, spicy, lemongrass, ginger, basil, light alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet and rather spicy finish. By far the less exciting Speedway i have had so far. 020917

Draught @ Rogue Convention. Dark brown, and no head on this pour. Aroma has, what, lemongrass, turmeric and some vague fruity notes that are tough to pin down. Nice ginger, lemongrass, coffee, sticky malt brew with again that vague underlying fruitiness. Solid brew
