This gold-red beer is rather complex... It was made with a bit of carared malt and a hint of black chocolate malt in addition to the large base malt amount. This association gives some very nice roasted and nutty notes as aftertast while the first flavours are quite hoppy and fruity due to the different hops such as cascade and columbus. Another fruity taste, this time a bit heavier, comes from the small amount of briar berries.

Sampled draft @ brewery. Hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is grainy spoiled yoghurt yeast, cardboard. Strange boozy grains, spoiled yoghurt, yeast, sugar. Fizzy. Not a success for me.
