75cl bottle from Francois Sehedic, Fouesnant. Clear caramel gold. Incroyable. A fantastic Doux.. full scuzzy fruity expressions, with a complex lingering aftertaste bringing woody nuances, and further fruity shades.. captivating.

Bottle shared at the optimistically early roofterrace borrel. Bright golden with white head. Sweet applejuice, some mossy treebark and light mold. Sweet, light and juicy with soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre François Séhédic - Doux on 22 Mar 2020 at 18:44 - Score: 7. Corked bottle at Les Glénan, rue de Montparnasse, Paris, as Cidre Biologique Doux
Muddy golden color, well carbonated but without head retention. The aroma is mildly sour and citric. It’s not very sweet, maybe just a bit more than their Brut, but this one has a pleasant sourness, that covers the apple but balances well the sweetness. Quite original in the French cider panorama.
