This amber-coloured triple was made with some light caramel malts to get this colour. Not that hoppy, just a hint of cascade. But the well-known banalike-flavours of the triple yeast and some consistent bitterness. Those flavours are combined with the association of galanga and sage. Weird in a beer? I would say it's quite interresting in a triple. Taste it and tell us what you think!

Tasted blind. Bottle sampled @ brewery. Darker amber, creamy tanned head. Nose is oddly boozy juniper alcoholic, classical BE Busch styled, weird sticky spice, orange peel. Boozy syrupy Busch styled BE alcoholic, hard to drink, carbonation is bit too high, cheap honey, overripe orange peel, empty, boozy hard to drink & some brett (un intentional but it helped it a bit). Thick syrupy orange, low brett. Galanga I got after I learned about it but not sage, to heavy, empty, weird, brett helps a bit.
