All right, just one more, because I have not had any of the Hailstorm Vlads before. A bit of brown in the tiny glass with a somewhat larger ring of foam than the toppling Goliath. My first impression of the nose is actually of some grain being mashed. Surprised that I can't pick up much more in the nose. Comparing to the Mornin' Delight I just had, the mouthful is noticably thinner. I pick up plenty of barrel oak, and now the bourbon is sneaking up to my palate. Taste does improves with each so, even getting stronger as I go.

2019 Bottle shared at Blind Stout Share. Pours a pitch black with a small bit of brown head that dissipates. Lots of baker's chocolate on the nose with some prune and raisin with bourbon as it warms. Oak and big deep, rich chocolate notes on the palate, coupled with milk chocolate underneath. Quite thick and viscous visually and on the palate. Lingering bourbon, oak and chocolate. A beast of a beer.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has intense bourbon and booze coming through with dark grains, earthy chocolate and roasted malts. Flavor is malt forward with sweet grains, lots of bourbon and some toffee with a hint of roast underlying.
