Bottle at home picked up from Brewdog Canary Wharf. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a fading white froth. Aroma is nice sharp passion fruit, salty, bretty funk, pithy citrus, lemon, sage. Flavour is composed of sharp passion fruit, yogurty funk, peach, vanilla sweetness, pineapple, pissy citrus, lemony zip, mellow bretty funk. Palate is tart, slightly sharp, highish carbonation. Good complexity,

Bottle. Color: Hazy yellow golden, fast disappearing thin white head. A lot of noise in the glass from all that tiny carbonation bubbles that are rising up. Aroma: Fruity, tart, funk. Taste: Medium tart and over moderate sweet fighting for domination. Very fruity, passion fruit. Moderate bitterness, some more fruity bitterness at the end. Some funk, subtle wood. Dry-ish. Don't get much of the red wine, except maybe some hints quickly coming and also quickly going at the finish. Nice, but not a real top beer for me.

Bottle at a tasting. Loads of passionfruit all over the place. Assertive sourness too, lactic feel. Other than that relatively simple, clean. Straightforward but good. Easy drinking. Thin and high carbo.
