Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, wood. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Fresh and distinct apple aroma. Medium body, initially sweet and vanillaish apple flavours with a late but distinct astringency. Nice. 180212

Bottle, 75cl corked. A more or less clear one, golden in color and with some white bubbles on top. The aroma has a touch of apple cores and caramel, but mostly sweet apples. The same goes for the flavor, where there’s a touch of bitterness towards the end. Medium body, semi-dry. A quite decent one, but I’d like it drier. 120218
